CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% cancellation fee applies to all clients, new or returning. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, please do not text or call. Email your full name, appointment time, and reason for cancellation. Unpaid fees will result in restricted online booking access. After 3 consecutive cancellations, you will be restricted online booking access & will need to book in-person after checking out your last appointment. if you were booked from the waitlist and can no longer make the appointment time, fees may be waived.
